PASSES

Collection of passes is only possible from April 26th in the Festival Center upon showing a personal ID. 
One person may purchase only one pass. The Festival Pass is a bearer’s document and may not be transferred to another person. 

The reservation to a purchased pass may be made on the day before or on the day of a particular screening on the www.offcamera.pl website or in the Festival Center and in MOS during the Festival. Cinemas will only sell tickets to screenings held in that particular cinema. 

There is no possibility to reserve seats for screenings held simultaneously. 
Latecomers may not be admitted to screenings and may not have seating places. 

The Festival Pass does not grant entry to the Opening Gala, the Closing Galas and the Against the Grain event. 

In case of losing the Pass, or finding someone else’s Pass, contact the Festival Center. Duplicates of Festival Passes will not be issued.

Personal data will be administered by the OFF CAMERA Foundation’, with its registered office at ul. Karmelicka 55/7, 31-128 Kraków, registered in the Register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations and public healthcare institutions and the Register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register led by the Circuit Court in Kraków – Śródmieście, XI Economic Division of the National Court Register under KRS 0000428063, NIP: 677-237-04-09, REGON 122633050. Data will be processed for purposes of selling passes and tickets to the Festival, processing payments, fulfilling tax and accounting duties, as well as any potential claims or protection thereof.
